The product warranty has a maximum period of 5 years (1 year of commissioning plus 4 years of justified annual maintenance). If the annual maintenance is not carried out, the guarantee will be canceled.

Guarantee coverage:The guarantee applies to PDCE models manufactured by DINNTECO INTERNATIONAL S.L.

Covered damages:All damages caused in the installation protected by the impact of a direct lightning strike on the PDCE-DDCE 100 Plus resulting from a manufacturing defect of the PRODUCT, up to a maximum value of 6,000,000 euros per equipment and year. Excluded from this coverage are the effects that may appear on the installation and/or product and/or protected area, derived from indirect effects due to externally induced overvoltages. It also covers third-party damages up to a value of 600,000 Euros per victim.

Countries included in the coverage: worldwide, except USA, AUSTRALIA y CANADÁ.

Warranty period: 5 years

Application of the guarantee: It starts from the factory reception of the start-up of the installation and will count the date of installation put in it.
